Quality of song is always directly proportional to memory size of the song but there are situations when you have to compress to reduce its size , In general quality of the song can be judged by the bit rate of the song , That doesn’t mean a high bit rate will always have quality sounds but mostly it should have quality sound. An audio bit rate of 320 Kbps is more than enough to have quality sound and it can even be reduced to 128 Kbps or less than it to compress its size . Here we are using Nero Wave MP3 editor to manipulate the sounds . It is a very simple procedure to compress the song all we need is Wave Mp3 editor and Lame MP3 codecs . This can be installed using Nero Ultimate software suite.
- Open Nero Wave Mp3 editor
- Drag or Open the Song you wanted to compress
- Select Save As option from File Menu and select file type as mp3/mp3PRO
- Click on the options available just at the right side of saving option and select the bit rate of the song to your own choice to compress the song
- Now Save it , Song is compressed and ready to play
